Don't worry, if you don't see your size there we can custom make all items to your specific measurements! Wash at 30 degrees

Rise after swimming

Timescales:

All items unless stated can take up to 4 weeks to be handmade and then a further 1-2 working days to be posted. This is longer than your usual fast fashion website as everything is handmade to order.

Shipping:

UK: Once made all items are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 Hour service. This aims to get your parcel to you in 2-3 working days. You will receive a tracking number to track your delivery.

International: Once made international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. This aims to get to you in 5-7 Working days. You will receive a tracking number to track your delivery.

Fees:

Depending on your country of residence you may be charged customs fees upon delivery, these are not included in the price of your item and must be paid when instructed or this may delay your parcel. Please check your government website for more information.

Cancellations:

Once you have ordered you have 24 hours to cancel your order, this must be requested by emailing info@dinkiepeach.com with the subject line: your name, order number and cancellation request.
