At Dinkie Peach everything is handmade. This means that things can take a little longer than our fast fashion frenemies. It can take up to 4 weeks to lovingly make your order.
Once your item has been packaged I hand it off to the amazing staff at Royal Mail or DPD who do their bit to get the parcel to you! We will drop you a little email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on when your parcel will be arriving.
UK babes 🇬🇧
At the checkout you can choose between Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service, or DPD 1-2 day track service. We suggest that whilst there are Royal Mail strikes you choose DPD as there will more than likely be delays within their service.
Once accepted by the courier you will be able to track your parcel along the way. Please note that once handed to the courier we are no longer responsible for the parcel or any delays. Please contact the shipping service directly for any enquiries about your parcels status.
International babes 🌎
International orders are sent via DPD tracked service which aims to deliver in 3-10 working days. You will be able to track your item at every point using the tracking number provided.
Fees/ Customs 💸
Depending on the customs policy of your country you will be asked to cover a fee for import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are not included in your order, therefore these must be covered by you. Please check your goverment website for information about fees before ordering.
Returns and order cancellations
I hope you love your items and shouldn’t want to return them but if you do there’s a few things you should know. As a small business I am unable to offer refunds on orders, however we offer size exchanges or alterations if needed.
You have 24 hours after you order to cancel your order, we will not accept cancellations after this time period as we may have already ordered fabric or started your order.
If your item doesn’t fit you can exchange the size or ask for an alteration to be made. To be able to do this your item should be sparkling new, this means the tag and hygiene label should be on the item. You can ask for a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

As I make everything to order, your size exchange can take another 4 weeks from being received to make for you. I know this is annoying but we may have to order in fabric again and make your items as we do not hold any stock.
As a small business we are unable to cover the shipping to send items back to us, this must be covered by you. However we will cover the return shipping once the item has been made to send it back to you.
Damages or issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, if something is damaged or you’ve received the wrong item please contact us with 48 hours via email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line of your name and order number.
Non Returnable items
Some of our items can’t be returned. These include:
- Custom orders: When we go through the custom process we will ask you for every detail therefore it should be your dream outfit!
- Sale Items: I give items a last chance at happiness in the last chance sale section of the website, these are also non-returnable.
- Ready Made items: Ready made items are non returnable and refundable.
